Created by Georges Février, originally from La Réunion, a French oversea department in the middle of the Indian Ocean, the restaurant and the distillery is now looked after by his son, Sébastien.

They use their family savoir-faire to deliver a high quality product made 100% out of Cambodian organic sugarcane juice. Far from the industrial process, their agricole rum will awaken your senses.

At Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, we decided to aged Georges Rhumerie’s Rums in oak’s barrel to enhanced the flavours and bring a delicate woody final note.
